Week 9 Spelling Words: Write words in ABC order

Math: Go Math 14.4: Relate Multiplication and Division pages 449-454. The student will represent and solve one- and two-step multiplication and division problems within 100 using arrays, strip diagrams, and equations.

  • Edgenuity: Interpreting Quotients:

Number and operations
The student applies mathematical process standards to connect repeated addition and subtraction to multiplication and division situations that involve equal groupings and shares.
The student is expected to model, create, and describe contextual division situations in which a set of concrete objects is separated into equivalent sets.

Comprehension Skills
Using Multiple Texts
The student is expected to create mental images to deepen understanding.


Social Studies: Continue week 10: Communities and Communication- Answer the questions at the end of each article online, write questions and answers from studies weekly, highlight the answers in the article that can be used on the test. 


Science: Begin Unit 4 Lesson 2: What is Sound? 
Objectives: Define sound. Explain the relationship between vibration, speed, and pitch. Explain the relationship between vibration, distance, and volume.
